Maple Peach Cookies

  • 2-1/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1-1/4 stick Soybean Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 cups White Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Apple Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 whole Peach, Pitted And Diced

    1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

    2. In a small bowl, sift together the flour and salt. Set aside.

    3. Cream the butter and sugar together in a medium size bowl. Blend in the the apple sauce, then add the maple syrup. Mix well, then add peaches.

    4. Spoon out the dough using a tablespoon onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
