- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. butter, room temperature
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Line a 10-inch pie plate with pecans.

2Cream together butter and sugar.

4Beat eggs and syrup in a separate bowl.

5Add sour cream and whipping cream.
