  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c. pecan halves or pieces

Directions

    Place rack in lowest position in oven.

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

    Pour into pastry shell. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
