  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 12 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons molasses
  • 14 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 18 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 lb lean pork, fat trimmed off (3 pieces of loin)

Directions

    Combine first 9 ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Transfer to a ziploc bag, and marinate pork overnight.

    Drain pork, salt to taste, and barbecue until done (about 5-6 minutes per side).
