- 4 to 6 (1-inch) pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
Directions

1Brown chops.

2Place in flat baking dish.

3Combine ingredients and pour over chops.

4Cover and bake at 400°, basting occasionally, 45 minutes.

5Uncover.

6Bake 15 minutes at 400°.

7Remove chops and thicken sauce with flour.
