  • 4 to 6 (1-inch) pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup

Directions

    Brown chops.

    Place in flat baking dish.

    Combine ingredients and pour over chops.

    Cover and bake at 400°, basting occasionally, 45 minutes.

    Uncover.

    Bake 15 minutes at 400°.

    Remove chops and thicken sauce with flour.
