  • 1 7/8 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 c. maple syrup
  • 2 c. broken pecans

    Put sugar, syrup and cream in saucepan.

    Boil to soft-ball stage (234°).

    Let stand until cool.

    Add pecans.

    Beat with wooden spoon.

    Drop onto buttered pan or waxed paper from spoon.
