- 2 lb. salmon fillet
- 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- nonstick cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place salmon fillet (skin side down) in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

3In small bowl, combine maple syrup and walnuts.

4Spread over top of salmon. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with fork and the color is light pink.
