  • 13 cup maple syrup
  • 34 cup soymilk
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1 cup bisquick low-fat baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 14 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

    In a bowl, combine maple syrup, milk and egg.

    Stir in Bisquick mix, oil and walnuts with a fork just until mix is moistened.

    Cook on hot griddle until bubbles form on top.

    Turn to brown the other side.
