  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in 3/4-inch squares (about 2/3 c. green pepper)
  • 1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
