  • 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 chocolate wafers, crushed (about 1/4 c.)
  • 2 c. Thick Yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 egg whites or 1/2 c. cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. chocolate extract
  • Raspberry Topping

    Heat oven to 300°.

    Spray a spring-form pan, 9 x 3-inches, with nonstick cooking spray.

    Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs on bottom of pan.

    Beat Thick Yogurt and cheese in medium bowl on medium speed until smooth.

    Add sugar, milk, flour, vanilla and egg whites.

    Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
