  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 10 STELLA D'ORO MARGHERITE Combination Cookies (5 chocolate, 5 vanilla)
  • 1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved

Directions

    Beat cream, vanilla and powdered sugar in small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.

    Spread each cookie with about 1 Tbsp.

    of the whipped cream mixture.

    Stack cookies together, alternating chocolate and vanilla cookies and standing cookies on long edge on serving platter to make a loaf.

    Frost with remaining whipped cream mixture to cover cookies completely.

    Cover; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

    Top with shaved chocolate just before serving.

    Cut diagonally into 4 slices to serve.

    Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
