- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. + 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar in bowl.

2Cut in Crisco.

3Add 2 packages of yeast to warm water, then add beaten egg to yeast water.

4Mix wet and dry ingredients until well blended.

5Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 20 minutes at 400°.

6Makes 18 to 20 rolls.

7Serve warm.
