- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 6 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 3 1/2 c. Italian peeled canned tomatoes, drained
- pinch of sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In large pan, heat oil.

2Saute garlic and onion until soft and golden, about 10 minutes.

3Add herbs, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper; stir well.

4Cook about 30 minutes.

5Serve over your favorite pasta.
