Ingredients

  • 3 lb. arm or chuck roast
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. salad oil, olive
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.

    Refrigerate 3 days. Turn meat at least once.
