  • 15 oz. can asparagus spears, drained
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Place asparagus in a small shallow dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously; pour over asparagus. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
