  • 16 oz. can French beans
  • 16 oz. can yellow wax beans
  • 16 oz. can red kidney beans
  • 3 Tbsp. green peppers, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. red cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Drain and rinse beans.

    Add chopped onions and peppers.

    Mix other ingredients in small bowl.

    Pour over beans.

    Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving, stirring 2 or 3 times daily.
