- 3 bunches (stems) broccoli (wash and drain 3 to 4 stems, 2 lb. or more)
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix last eight ingredients and pour over raw broccoli. Marinate for 24 hours; place in Tupperware bowl to marinate and turn bowl over once in a while.
