- 5 c. carrot sticks (about 2 lb.)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 can tomato bisque soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots slightly, allowing to boil 3 to 5 minutes.

2Drain at once.

3Place cooked carrots, raw onions and peppers in layers. Cover with marinade.

4Prepare at least 12 hours in advance.

5Will keep in covered container in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
