- 1 tsp. Creole mustard
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots in water until just tender; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat; cool and refrigerate.

4Will keep for a long time.
