- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook up all carrots until barely done and drain.

2Then chop up onion and bell pepper and add to carrots.

3Mix rest of the ingredients together and bring to a boil.

4Let cool, then pour the mixture over the carrots, onion and pepper.

5Place in refrigerator and marinate for 12 hours or longer.

6It will keep for 2 to 3 weeks.
