- 2 lb. carrots, cleaned and thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced or chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Cook carrots in unsalted water until tender.

2Drain and place in a bowl with pepper and onion.

3Mix remaining ingredients and bring mixture to a boil.

4Pour over carrots.

5May be served warm or cold.
