- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots or 2 lb. fresh carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
Directions

1Cook carrots until just tender.

2Drain and cool.

3In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, add carrots and mix lightly. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

4This will keep for 10 days in refrigerator.
