- 2 pkg. baby carrots
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Cook both packages of carrots until tender.

2Do not overcook. Drain carrots and mix with onions and peppers.

3Combine remaining ingredients to create the sauce.

4Pour sauce over carrot mixture and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
