Ingredients

  • 1 c. tomato soup (condensed)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 c. sliced carrots (cooked or canned, drained)

Directions

    Combine everything except carrots and onion in a saucepan and cook over low heat 10 minutes.

    Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper.

    Chill overnight.

    Serve cold.
