- 1 c. tomato soup (condensed)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 c. sliced carrots (cooked or canned, drained)
Directions

1Combine everything except carrots and onion in a saucepan and cook over low heat 10 minutes.

2Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper.

3Chill overnight.
