  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
