- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Slice and cook carrots; drain and place in layers in glass roasting pan or large Corning pan.

2Top with thinly sliced onion and green pepper.

3Repeat layering.

4Mix other ingredients; pour over carrots.

5Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

6Taste improves with age.
