- 2 lb. carrots, cut diagonally
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender in salted water.

2Mix soup, sugar, vinegar, oil and mustard.

3Add carrots, onion and pepper in glass dish.

4Let marinate several hours or overnight.

5Sauce can be used again when vegetables are gone for another batch.
