- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
Directions

1Slice carrots and cook until slightly crisp.

2Do not overcook. Cool.

3Put salt, pepper, sugar, tomato soup, oil and vinegar in mixer and beat 5 minutes.

4Pour over carrots.

5Add onion and green pepper sliced paper thin.

6Marinate overnight.

7Store in glass jar in refrigerator.

8Keeps 2 weeks or more.

9When carrots are gone, use the liquid on salads.
