- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain.

2Mix all ingredients, except carrots, and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

3Pour over carrots and let stand.
