- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of water until tender; drain. Combine carrots, onion and pepper; set aside.

2Combine soup, vinegar, oil, sugar and mustard; stir until well mixed.

3Pour over vegetables; toss lightly.

4Refrigerate at least overnight.
