- 2 lb. sliced carrots
- 1 green pepper, sliced into rings
- 1 large onion, sliced in rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil carrots in salted water until tender.

2Drain and cool. In bowl alternate carrots, pepper and onion.

3Combine marinade ingredients; pour over vegetables.

4Cover and refrigerate.

5Serve cold.
