  • 2 lb. carrots, cut in 1-inch buttons
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Directions

    Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool.

    Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar and oil.

    Add onions and bell pepper.

    Remove from heat.
