- 2 lb. carrots, cut in 1-inch buttons
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool.

2Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar and oil.

4Remove from heat.
