  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. carrots, cooked, sliced and drained
  • 1 medium purple onion, cut in rings
  • 1 small green pepper, cut in rings
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Salt and pepper carrots.

    In a container, layer carrots, onion and green pepper.

    Prepare a sauce with the remaining ingredients, mixing well.

    Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.

    Will keep for 2 weeks.
