- 1 large or 2 small pkg. carrots, cooked, sliced and drained
- 1 medium purple onion, cut in rings
- 1 small green pepper, cut in rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Salt and pepper carrots.

2In a container, layer carrots, onion and green pepper.

3Prepare a sauce with the remaining ingredients, mixing well.

4Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.

5Will keep for 2 weeks.
