- 2 lb. carrots, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of boiling, salted water until tender.

2Drain.

3Combine with onion and green pepper in a bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
