- 2 lb. sliced carrots
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1/2 medium sliced green pepper (more if desired)
- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cook and drain carrots (still firm).

2Add onion and green pepper.

3Combine soup, vinegar, oil, sugar and mustard.

4Mix well. Pour over carrots, toss lightly.

5Refrigerate overnight.
