  • 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of salt and pepper
