- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 onion

1Slice carrots thin.

2Boil in salted water until tender. Drain.

4Mix remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Pour over carrots and pepper.

6Let stand until cool.
