  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

    Slice carrots thin.

    Cook and drain carrots.

    Combine with onion and green pepper.
