Ingredients

  • 2 cans carrots or 1 to 2 bunches fresh carrots, cooked
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except carrots, bell pepper and onion. Heat to boiling point.

    Add sliced bell pepper and onion; cook over medium heat about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add carrots and heat through.
