- 2 cans carrots or 1 to 2 bunches fresh carrots, cooked
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except carrots, bell pepper and onion. Heat to boiling point.

2Add sliced bell pepper and onion; cook over medium heat about 10 to 15 minutes.

3Add carrots and heat through.
