- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots.

2Drain and cool.

3Add onion and bell pepper. Mix other ingredients together.

4Pour over vegetables and cover. Marinate for 12 hours or more.

5Drain before serving.
