  • 5 c. sliced and cooked carrots (frozen or fresh), drained
  • 1 onion, cut into rings (raw)
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut in strips (raw)
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix last 8 ingredients and pour over carrots, onions and bell peppers. Cover and let marinate 12 hours in refrigerator. Drain and serve.
