Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced carrots, drained
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

    Bring following ingredients to a boil: soup, vinegar, oil and sugar, add Tabasco (a few shakes).

    Pour over drained carrots and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps indefinitely.
