- 2 cans sliced carrots, drained
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- Tabasco to taste
Directions

1Bring following ingredients to a boil: soup, vinegar, oil and sugar, add Tabasco (a few shakes).

2Pour over drained carrots and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps indefinitely.
