- 5 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender and cool.

2Combine sugar and tomato soup and add prepared mustard, salad oil, vinegar and salt.

3Pour over carrots, onion and pepper.

4Marinate 12 hours.

5Drain and serve.
