- 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard (jar mustard)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender, but still crispy, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool carrots.

2Then add onion and pepper, sliced in strips, over carrots.

3Cover with marinade.
