- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 very large white onion, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. each: Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil sliced carrots until tender.

2Cool and drain.

3Layer in a non-metal bowl with sliced onion.

4Heat together remaining ingredients.

5Pour over carrots and onions.

6Marinate overnight, stirring several times.
