  • 5 c. carrots
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard, black pepper and Worcestershire

Directions

    In saucepan, add soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to a boil, then cool. Pour over carrots and seasoning.

    Chill about 2 hours before serving.

    Taste will be better after 1st day.
