- 2 lb. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Boil carrots in salted water until tender.

2Drain and cool. Alternate layers of carrots, onion rings and pepper rings in a dish.

3Combine remaining ingredients adding a little more salt. Beat until well blended.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Will keep in refrigerator at least a week.
