  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • green pepper, onion and celery, chopped fine

Directions

    Cook carrots and drain; boil together the sugar, oil and vinegar.

    Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and soup.

    Beat with hand mixer.

    Add green pepper, onion, celery and carrots.

    Let sit overnight.
