- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- green pepper, onion and celery, chopped fine
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain; boil together the sugar, oil and vinegar.

2Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and soup.

3Beat with hand mixer.

4Add green pepper, onion, celery and carrots.
