  • 2 lb. carrots, cut in round pieces (about 5 c.)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in strips
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar (apple cider)
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
