Ingredients
- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots; drain and cool.

2Cut onion and green pepper in round slices and mix with cooled carrots.

3Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

4Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.

5Drain to serve.

6This will keep for two weeks in the refrigerator.

7Yields 8 to 10 servings.
